An article does not suit you? Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to exchange it or request a refund.
Dematerialized items such as gift cards and discounted items are not returnable.
Items must be returned in a condition that allows them to be sold again. Therefore, items must be returned in their original packaging (no visible marks, not washed or worn in the case of clothing, not opened the blister in the case of electronic devices).
Any request for return or exchange must systematically be sent by mail to our after-sales service, on the Contact page in the "After-sales service" section by clicking here. Returns are not accepted in all countries.
Your message must include the explanations of the return, specify the number of your order and specify if it is a request for exchange or refund.
Without a message from you, we will not be able to process your return request.
Our after-sales service will confirm, as soon as possible, the validity of your request and will tell you how to return the items.
Please note that shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Once the items have been received and checked for compliance, the refund will be made in the form of a gift card whose total value covers all the items returned. In the case of a return of a complete order, the delivery costs will be integrated into the total value of the gift card.
